At East Coast Support Solutions we believe the best Support Workers are ones with lived experience. Many of our Support Workers have come on board as Peer Support Workers with personal experience. All our staff a fully accredited in First Aid and have a current NDIS Worker Screenings to make sure our staff are equipped to support your needs in any way necessary.  

At East Coast Support Solutions our number one belief is choice and control for our participants. This is to increase independence and let our participants achieve their goals at their own pace with the best results. We also believe in every support having a Personal Centered Approach.
